Price

Prices are indicated in euros, VAT not applicable (art. 293 B of the CGI). The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of the order.

Order and payment

The order is validated after full payment. Payments are secured and processed by Shopify's service providers. No banking data is retained by the seller.

Delivery

As the product is digital, it is made available via a download link immediately after payment.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium, the execution of which began after the consumer's express prior agreement and express waiver of their right of withdrawal.

The customer expressly acknowledges that by immediately downloading the Grimoire, they waive their right of withdrawal.

Warranties

Legal guarantees of conformity and hidden defects apply under the conditions provided by law.

In accordance with article L612-1 of the Consumer Code, in the event of a dispute, the customer can have free recourse to a consumer mediator.
