When placing an order or making contact: first name, last name, email address, billing address, and browsing data (cookies). No payment data is stored by us: payments are processed by Shopify's payment providers.

Purposes

Data is used to process and deliver orders, manage customer relationships, and — with consent — send commercial communications. Audience measurement and advertising cookies (including those from Meta) are used to measure and improve our campaigns.

Legal Basis

Performance of the sales contract, consent (newsletter and non-essential cookies), and legitimate interest (website security).

Retention Period

Order data: legal accounting retention period (10 years). Marketing data: 3 years after the last contact. Cookies: 13 months maximum.

Data Sharing

Data may be transmitted to our technical providers: Shopify (hosting and order processing) and Meta Platforms (advertising measurement via the pixel). These third parties may collect information as part of their services.
